“Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the terms and conditions.

By accessing or using the BillFlow application, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
BillFlow provides a platform for creating, managing, and storing invoices. Users can utilize the services to:
- Generate professional invoices
- Download invoices as PDFs
- Send invoices to clients via email
- Organize invoices in a centralized dashboard
Note: We do not provide payment processing services. Payments are handled through third-party payment providers.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of BillFlow, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use BillFlow for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using our services.
You are solely responsible for the content of your invoices and communications with clients. BillFlow does not review or endorse the content of invoices.
5. Intellectual Property
BillFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Seleem Abdulsalam.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any part of BillFlow without express written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
BillFlow is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation or availability of the services.
BillFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
7. Termination
BillFlow reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to BillFlow at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use BillFlow will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.
8. Changes to Terms
BillFlow reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of BillFlow following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
